We would not supply anything which we wouldn't own ourselves. Products which are not manufactured by ourselves are sourced, where possible, primarily within the UK or the EC. Our products are designed and manufactured using quality components to ensure that they last a lot longer than the guarantee period and we are so confident of this that we are happy to extend the warranty of any whirlpool bath on an annual basis for as long as you wish!

Currently the goods which are for sale in this catalogue are sold for delivery to a UK mainland destination. All goods are available for export, but the shipping charge will increase considerably. For an accurate quote please contact us before purchasing. For all export orders we require payment to be made directly into our UK bank account rather than by Card.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just select the bath which you would like, then the whirlpool system which you would like on the bath, and then select the options available on that bath. Once you have selected everything, you can select the "Calculate Price" button to get a total price. You will then be able to see the items which make up your purchase together with a total price. If you don't like your selection it can be removed by selecting the tickbox on the right product and then clicking the "Update" button at the bottom of the page. Or, this item can remain in your shopping cart while you "Continue Shopping" perhaps adding other baths or other options to the shopping cart. Once you have finished comparing products, click on "Trolley" at the very top of the page and remove any products you don't want from the shopping cart, leaving just the product which you want to buy. Then Click "Checkout Now" at the bottom of the shopping cart and fill in your address and payment details which we need to be able to process the order. Please note, all measurements displayed on the website are nominal and may differ slightly due to the manufacturing processes used.


For maximum performance we normally recommend no more than 28 whirlpool (side) jets with a single pump - we will not supply more than 42 whirlpool (side) jets from a single pump and a maximum of 60 whirlpool (side) jets overall. Pricing of additional whirlpool side jets is structured that if your bath exceeds this number of jets we can add a second pump. Where more than 24 whirlpool jets are required, we recommend that the Sensations Control pack or an Air-Spa option is included if a strong massage is required.

Pumps vary between 0.75 HP and 2HP. We will always use the best combination of pumps to suit the system in terms of performance and economy. On most baths when two pumps are used, one pump will be fitted at either end of the bath. It is not normally possible to fit a pump at the foot end of a single ended bath, or two pumps at one end of the bath, unless the bath is being boxed with additional space to allow for the pumps to protrude beyond the confines of the bath. When a second pump is added to a bath, a second suction is also required and this is also built into the cost.

Turbo-Blowers for Spa are designed to be demounted from the bath during installation and can easily be remotely installed within a metre of the bath. The addition of an Air-spa to the base of the bath will include a Turbo control to divert the air seamlessly between the spa and whirlpool jets and enables Turbo whirlpool and Hydropool massage. We will always try to build our baths to achieve maximum performance within the confines of the bath on the basis that excess power can be reduced by manipulating the controls.

Flush-jets are not currently available to be fitted to steel baths. We only fit whirlpool systems to Bette steel baths. Whirlpool jets are mounted into the sides of a bath and air spa nozzles are mounted into the base of the bath. Controls can be mounted in the bath or into the adjacent wall - we always need to know where the controls are to be mounted so that we can provide sufficient pipe and cabling. All whirlpool baths should be thoroughly water tested and customer approved prior to final fixing taking place. Thought should always be given to access to pumps and waste for any servicing which may be necessary after the installation has been completed.

Shipping And Handling

We believe that ordering online shouldn't have any nasty sting in the tail and as such we make every effort to keep the cost of delivery to a minimum, hence shipping and handling is charged at a flat fee of £7.99 plus VAT for each order placed online for delivery in mainland UK. All goods must be inspected for content, defects and damage at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged goods will not be accepted after the goods have been signed for by the customer. In the event that the delivery is made by a third party such as a carrier, notification must be made to the carrier immediately and to us. Claims for damaged goods can not be accepted once the goods have been installed or used.

UK Orders from customers destined for delivery to Scotland and offshore islands within the United kingdom including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands,the channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man will be surcharged according to our actual delivery costs. This will be subject to a maximum of £20 for small parcels, but larger items such as baths will be more expensive, usually around £110. Currently the goods which are for sale in this catalogue are priced for delivery to a mainland UK destination. All goods are available to be delivered to British Islands and export, but there will be an appropriate increase in the shipping charge depending on the location.

Delivery timings are intended as a guide only and are based on items being in stock. Non-stock items may take longer to deliver.

Delivery Schedule

Guide despatch information is shown against each product and orders are dispatched when the complete order is ready. The times shown reflect the normal course of processing the order, and orders are, in most cases, dispatched for next day delivery. These times are intended as a guide only and are not a guarantee of delivery. Most boxed items are normally delivered by carrier within two working days. Whirlpool Baths and larger items are usually delivered 7-10 working days. We will telephone you to arrange a convenient day for delivery. The driver will require assistance off loading baths and if no assistance can be offered, we can arrange for an assistant to travel with the driver, however there will be an additional charge for this. Please check your product thoroughly to ensure that you are satisfied that everything has arrived with you in first class condition before signing for the delivery. Once the product has been signed for as "Received in Good Condition" we can not entertain any subsequent claims for missing items or damage.IMPORTANT - If the goods are damaged or missing then the delivery note must be signed as "DAMAGED" or "ITEMS MISSING" - Signing "UNCHECKED" is not sufficient for a subsequent claim to be made against the carrier. With the exception of special order items, if we are unable to dispatch the goods within 30 days, the consumer will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date or cancelling the order completely and receiving a full refund of any monies paid. We can not accept any liability for delivery delays howsoever caused. Whilst we will try our best to deliver your goods as fast as possible we are unable to guarantee any delivery times or dates as delivery companies and suppliers are factors outside of our control. We therefore recommend that you do not finalise a date with your plumber until you have received and inspected all the goods necessary for the installation.
Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Some baths, especially BETTE Steel baths are special order items and may take up to three weeks to be delivered to us. All acrylic baths are held in stock, but sometimes we do exhaust our stocks.
Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Orders outside of the European Union will not be charged VAT if we are despatching direct to the country or to a freight Forwarder in the UK.

If you are still concerned about the security of issuing your card details on line then it is possible to pay by alternative methods, you can send us your order on-line and we will ring you to take your credit card details, or, you may fax us with the order, or you can ring us with the order - whichever you are happy with.

Most items, unless otherwise indicated, are sold with a one year, return to base warranty. However, our Pegasus Whirlpool baths have the benefit of an extendable on-site two year Parts and Labour warrranty. Where a manufacturers' warranty exceeds two years, we will cover the first two years and in the event of a problem in the remaining years it will be necessary for you to contact the manufacturer direct. Privacy Policy

Pegasus Whirlpool Baths Ltd keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Information from emails and that you give us at the time of ordering is stored both physically and electronically by ourselves. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, pass on or disclose details of customers to any other parties. With the exception of order status reports, we do not currently make unsolicited contact with customers before or after they have placed an order. Information is retained electronically in order to supply a better service to our returning customers.

In the event that a customer needs to discuss any aspect of information stored by us, he/she should contact our Quality Control manager.
Returns Policy

With the exception of toilet seats (due to health and hygiene reasons); goods which are custom made for the consumer or ordered specially; whirlpool baths, baths which the customer has requested us to drill with tap holes; and non-stock items procured specifically for the customer, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason, the 7 days starting from the day after the goods are received. Any damaged goods must be notified to us at the time of delivery.

For any item to be returned and receive a refund, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note. Refunds will cover the costs of the goods only, and will not include any delivery or collection costs, which will be charged to your credit card. Further, delivery charges will be the ACTUAL costs of delivery, which depends on the weight of the goods ordered, and in most cases will be higher than the original delivery cost charged on the order.

If a customer wishes to make a return they must contact us in writing first; either by letter to 61-62 Lower Dock Street, Newport, NP20 1EF; by fax to 01633 244881; or by e-mail to customerservices@weuk.co.uk . We will then e-mail or post a Return Merchandise Authorisation number and instructions. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the goods when they are returned.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore recommend that the customer uses an insured carrier. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns and future deliveries.

It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, taking extra care to check for cosmetic blemishes before installing the item, and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavour to replace or repair any faulty goods as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer - if you believe it does please contact us so that we can clarify and resolve any issue.
Remittance Terms

Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. A likely timescale for resolving the dispute will be determined and the consumer will be kept informed about progress. The complaints procedure is open to review to ensure that it is working well.
